Freight delivery
Engines and transmissions are strapped to a pallet or crated and shipped by LTL freight. Liftgate service is available for residential addresses, or ship to a business with a loading dock or forklift.
Timeline
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Transit is typically 2–7 business days in the contiguous US, and a tracking number is emailed when the shipment leaves. Contact us for a freight quote before you order.
Local pickup
Free pickup at our Auburn, WA warehouse, Mon–Fri 9–5 and Sat 9–3. We will load the engine or transmission onto your vehicle or trailer.
On arrival
Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt and note any damage on it.
Coverage
Replacement engines and transmissions are covered on the head and block (internals) for 90 days. Performance engines (VTEC, turbo, supercharged) are covered for 30-60 days. The period starts on the day of purchase or, for out-of-state orders, the day you receive the unit.
Not covered
Rotary engines, electronics, external parts and all used accessories are sold as is.
Requirements
Installation by a certified mechanic, with oil, timing and cooling system service at install, is required to keep the warranty valid.
Returns
Defective units are handled under the warranty. Other engine and transmission returns must be approved within 10 days of receipt and carry a 35% restocking fee plus freight. Parts, front clips, wheels and accessories are final sale.
